Home Remedies For Acne

If you have oily skin, you would probably struggle with acne. Including me,  acne is a real-time enemy for those who have oily skin.

In today’s article, we will discuss 6 important home remedies for acne.

What is Acne?

In simple terms, acne is a condition.

Especially for those who have oily skin, you would notice that there are small pores on your skin. Those pores are connected to glands that produced sebum oil.

The pores and glands are connected through a follicle. The follicle has thin hair that comes outside the skin layer.

When the sebum oil, dirty and dust and dead skin clump into a follicle and make a plug. The bacteria in the plug support inflammation and then you can have pimples.

Also, other reasons like genetic reasons, stress, unhealthy meals, dandruff, and hormone changes can cause acne.

Pimples are a symptom of acne.
